Holiday Return Policy
Any purchases made between 11/24 and 12/25 will fall into our Holiday Return Policy which will allow eligible items to be returned up to 14 days after Christmas. Any purchases outside of this time frame fall under our normal return policy of 14 days from date of purchase.

All Doorbusters are FINAL SALE, as they are promo items. 

All other regular return conditions must be met. Please see details below!


Online Returns 

While we hope you love every item you receive from us, we understand sometimes online shopping can be tricky! With that, our return policy lasts 14 days. In order for an item to be eligible for return it must be in brand new, never worn condition with all original tags still in tact. The item must be free of smells and all other imperfections (smoke, perfume, pet hair, etc.) in order to be eligible for return. 

Should you ever need to complete a return, please safely repackage your items and include your original packing slip as proof of purchase and to allow us to easily find your order once we receive your items back (REMINDER: Items must be sent back and received in brand new condition). Please also circle or highlight the item(s) you are intending to return, and write your reason for return on your packing slip. Return postage is the buyers responsibility. 

All returns should be mailed to 224 Hwy 50, Rosebud, MO 63091. We understand this may be different from the return address listed on your original shipping label. We ship from our two Missouri based stores, but all returns (no matter the original shipping location) are processed in our Rosebud store. 

We ask that you give us a heads up that we have a return coming so we can ensure we are looking out for your package! Please send an email to and include your name as it appears on the order, your order number, and the return tracking number in the return email. 

Reminder, our policy lasts 14 days from date of delivery. We must have the package back in hand within the 14 day return window. 

Gift cards, sale items/items bought on promo, earrings, and swimwear are all FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange of any kind. 

If a return is received back and is determined to be outside the return policy, an invoice for a shipping label will be sent to you in order for us to return the items back to you. The invoice is asked to be paid with 14 days. All non-returnable items without a paid send back label will be donated. We will attempt to contact you twice within the 14 day grace period before donating your items. 

For in-store returns, please bring your items back to either of our Missouri based locations. You do not have to return at the same location you purchased from, but please let our associate know if you are returning at a different location than the original purchase was made at. You MUST have a valid receipt and your items must fit within the return policy above. The return policy for all in-store purchases begins on the date of purchase. 

Local Pickup:
The 14 day return window begins on the day the order becomes available for pickup, not the day the order is picked up. A notification or email is sent as soon as the order is ready for pickup. This is your indication that your return window is also beginning. 

If we determine a return of any kind is outside of our policy in any way (ex: no receipt, outside of 14 day window, tags removed, we sense a smell or defect upon inspecting items, etc.) we reserve the right to deny a return. 

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale items and items bought on promo are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return or exchange of any kind. 

While we pride ourselves on our thorough inspection process of each item before shipment, we are human and do occasionally overlook things! We will replace any items that are found to be damaged upon arrival. Please email us at for any defect issues. In your initial email, please include your name as it appears on the order, your order number, the damage you found upon opening your items, as well as a clear photo of the damage. 

*Scissor damage from opening the package, snags from trying on the items, and any other damages produced after the item is received (even if before worn) are the responsibility of the buyer. Glamour & Grace Boutique is ONLY responsible for overlooked manufacturer errors.

Original shipping cost is non-refundable and will always be discounted from the price of the refund. 

All return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We require a trackable shipping label to be purchased as an extra precaution if there were to be any issues in transit. Please send the return tracking number in your original return request email. If we do not receive a package back, no refund will be given. Without a valid tracking number it is impossible to hunt down a package.
